The Cabildo de Tenerife, through the area of Employment, Socioeconomic Development and Foreign Action, provides free online training to people who plan to start a business project or who have recently done so. The objective is to provide them with a series of theoretical and practical knowledge that will allow them to properly manage their business.
Specifically, the Insular Foundation for Training, Employment and Business Development (Fifede), has set up a telematics platform that has 200 training places.
Participants can choose between two training actions: the Business Creation Course, lasting fifteen hours, which offers students the possibility of doing so in a flexible way according to their own schedules, and the Social Economy Business Course, lasting thirty hours. duration, which will be held from October 19 to November 3.
The contents of both courses deal with topics such as self-employment, the entrepreneur, the business idea, the business plan, legal forms of the company, procedures for setting up and starting up the company, and aid and subsidies. In the case of the Social Economy Companies course, the contents focus on the creation and management of a cooperative or worker-owned company.
The completion of these courses, or other similar ones, is a requirement to be able to access the Call for Subsidies for the implementation of Business Initiatives that the Cabildo de Tenerife calls annually from the Employment, Socioeconomic Development and Foreign Action Area.
