A 46-year-old woman has suffered moderate burns to her face and hands and another 34-year-old woman has suffered mild poisoning from smoke inhalation in a house fire located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
The event occurred this Saturday, around 10:45 p.m., when the 1-1-2 received an alert informing of the fire in a house on Ciudad Rodrigo street, in the Tío Pino neighborhood, as reported by the Center Emergency Coordinator (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
Firefighters extinguished the flames and ventilated the building. The staff of an advanced life support ambulance from the SUC assessed the two affected women and a basic life support ambulance transferred one of them to the Hospital Universitario Ntra. Señora de Candelaria.
The police services took charge of the corresponding proceedings.
