“Absolute love and respect for the animals that inhabit our park is the principle by which we have been guided throughout our 50-year history. For this reason, the death of any of them is always a very hard blow for all of us”, thus begins the official statement on the death of Kohana, orca of the Parrot parkknown today.
“Kohana had health problems, which were detected long ago by our professionals. They did everything in their power to save her life, unfortunately, it has not been possible, ”they indicate in the press release of Parrot park.
“The memory of Kohana, an animal to which we have adored and to which we have dedicated our greatest care, will make our mission even stronger: to provide the best care and well-being to the different species of our animal embassy”, they indicate before announcing that the The animal’s body will undergo a necropsy at the University Institute of Animal Health of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
