The president of the Cabildo de Tenerife, Pedro Martín, held a working meeting this Friday with the Minister of Justice, Pilar Llop, to whom he raised the possibility of unifying the judicial districts of La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz “to give them greater efficiency for the benefit of the northern region of Tenerife”, taking advantage of the processing of the draft Law on Organizational Efficiency.
Pedro Martín highlighted the fruitfulness of this meeting, in which several of the issues that the Government considers “priority to achieve greater agility and operability in judicial activity, and continue improving care for the population” have also been transferred to him.
The president also affirmed that they have conveyed to him the need to have new judicial offices in the capital of Tenerife and he has offered the “predisposition” of the corporation to collaborate in whatever is necessary.
