However, the Plaza de Santa Ana will continue to be the film epicenter of Cine+Food, dedicating its screenings on Saturday to the world of motoring and racing, with the screening of the film Lemans’66 and Rush.

Today, Saturday, it is the turn of chef Luis Ortiz, specialized in Japanese cuisine, who will talk about Kaiseki, an ancient and refined tasting menu that exists traditionally used in Japan to accompany the tea ceremony and which aims to offer in an elegant and well-studied way local products offered each season. He is responsible for the kitchen of Komité, an itinerant restaurant, in which the chef visits the private rooms of the clients who hire him, creating a gastronomic restaurant in private homes so that they can enjoy a unique and unrepeatable experience in the intimacy, comfort and privacy of your home.

The Komité kitchen, directed by Luis Ortiz, it is emotional, imaginative, timeless, and it helps us bring to life all those memories and knowledge acquired on our travels. All dishes are inspired by unforgettable experiences lived.
