The Cabildo continues with the rehabilitation of the TF-1 in several links of Arona and Adeje

The highway area of the Council of Tenerife will continue for the next week with the improvement of the TF-1 in several links of Arona and Tenerifespecifically in 69 –Valle San Lorenzo/Guaza/Las Galletas–, 72 –Los Cristianos–, 73 –Playa de Las Américas– and 76 –Costa Adeje/Torviscas/Playa Fañabé–.

In a statement, the director of the area, Enrique Arriaga, explained that the works are part of the TF-1 rehabilitation plan that has been carried out since April 2021 and includes the improvement of about 40 kilometers of the road between Adeje and Arico.

The works, carried out by Sacyr, will take place at night, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., and several detours will be enabled to guarantee the safety of drivers.

Thus, during the monday nightthe works will cover junctions 69 and 76. For this reason, vehicles wishing to drive towards Santa Cruz de Tenerife from Valle San Lorenzo, Guaza or Las Galletas must join the road to Adeje until junction 72 (Los Cristianos), to make a change of direction.

While to access these nuclei from the capital, you can use the exit to Las Galletas (TF-66) of the junction 69 itself.

Likewise, those vehicles that wish to access any of the towns near junction 76 or that intend to access the motorway from these areas, may use junction 78 (Costa Adeje/La Caleta/Playa Fañabé).

Already the tuesday and wednesdayto the works on junction 76, which will continue throughout the week, are added the works on the service road that joins junctions 72 and 73. During these two nights, vehicles that want to circulate from Arona to Adeje will be able to leave towards Santa Cruz and make a U-turn at Junction 69 (Valle San Lorenzo/Guaza/Las Galletas.

Finally, on Thursday link 73 will be affected, so those drivers who wish to access Playa de Las Américas will be able to do so through link 74 (San Eugenio).

In addition, those who from this point must go towards Adeje, can go towards Los Cristianos and change direction. Those who go to the capital from the Siam Mall Shopping Center can join the road through link 76.
