The City Council of El Rosario is carrying out improvement works, reforming spaces and beautifying the two children’s schools in the municipality. Through a joint investment of around 30,000 euros, the facilities located in La Esperanza and Radazul-Llano Blanco are being the subject of different actions, taking advantage of the month of August in which the schools remain closed. This Friday, the mayor of El Rosario, Escolástico Gil, and the Councilor for Social Action, Fátima Gutiérrez, visited the development of the works.
In the case of the El Rosario Nursery School, in Radazul, the works consist of refurbishing the upper exterior patio of the school as a playground. Until now, children could not use this playground or they had to do so by placing mats on the ground to avoid knocks or scratches. With the completion of this work, the safety of minors is guaranteed, since they will be able to have a safe space, with approved materials, “where they can carry out fun-recreational activities that are essential for the development of a healthy evolutionary process at this age early.
Improved access
This action beautifies the main entrance of the enclosure, “which until now was a simple asphalt esplanade, which was not functionally or aesthetically attractive,” they indicated from the Rosariero Consistory through a press release. From now on, this space will promote games that encourage imagination and motor skills among users of the nursery school.
As for the works carried out in the La Esperanza Nursery School, they have to do with the comprehensive reform and adaptation of the bathrooms. Through this action, the sanitary devices will be replaced, new flooring and tiling will be installed and new aluminum carpentry will be manufactured and installed. With this, it is sought that the users of the enclosure have the best possible conditions in the new course, which is about to begin.
“In this way, the facilities are maintained with the best hygienic-sanitary conditions, which allow them to continue offering a correct and safe service, taking into account that they provide their services to children who require special attention, dedication and care,” they stated from the City Council of El Rosario in the press release in which they explain the details of the actions that are being carried out. Specifically, the work to optimize these preschool facilities began a few weeks ago and should be completed before the start date of the new 2022-2023 school year.
