CEOE Tenerife and the Cabildo de Tenerife start a new call for Red Tenerife Mentoring

CEOE Tenerife, with the support of the Cabildo de Tenerife, has worked since 2018 through the Mentoring Program accompanying entrepreneurs at the beginning of their business journey so that they consolidate their projects and become stronger to ensure their durability. In 2020, due to the crisis generated by COVID-19, CEOE Tenerife accompanied the part of the business fabric that was most damaged by confinement and the restrictions imposed by the authorities.

The objective of this Confederation has been to form a Network of Mentors, under the umbrella of the Mentoring Network of Spain, through CEOE, which is a partner of said Network. To this end, a collaboration agreement was signed with the Cabildo de Tenerife, which allowed the creation of the first RED Tenerife Mentoring Entrepreneurship, which brings together experienced entrepreneurs, managers and entrepreneurs, in order to support the consolidation of economic activity in the territorial area of Tenerife.

All the mentors of the Network, through this project, have accompanied almost 105 companies in the insular area and in sectors such as innovation, textiles, restaurants and gastronomy, therapy and trade related to health, tourism and leisure, training centers, steel transformation, diverse retail trade, eco-packaging or organic farming.

In this year 2022, CEOE Tenerife, with the support of the Cabildo de Tenerife, has proposed reconfiguring the project so that it can support all priority sectors or groups, thus including companies belonging to the fashion sector, that this sector has been undergoing a transformation process for several years that affects the entire textile-clothing industry. The pre-registration period is open until September 10, 2022.
