The CEO of DinoSol Supermarkets, Javier Puga, the Councilor for Innovation of the Cabildo Insular de Tenerife, Enrique Arriaga, and the head of the Canarian Esports League HiperDino, Antonio Cabrera, yesterday kicked off the Tenerife GG, the largest Canary Islands technology fair at the Santa Cruz Fairgrounds. During the event, Javier Puga, Enrique Arriaga and Antonio Cabrera took the stage to say a few words of welcome to the more than 800 participants in the LAN zone, who during the six days in which the event will take place will be able to be connected 24 hours a day of the day and even spend the night in the enclosure itself with tents set up for it. In addition to the LAN zone, there will be esports competition areas, thematic workshops and video game development, as well as professional conferences with topics focused on Artificial Intelligence, the metaverse and gaming culture, among others. The organizers of Tenerife GG have differentiated two areas: one, playful, called GameCon, and the other, professional, called GamePro. Visitors to GameCon will enjoy an area dedicated to K-Pop culture and fandom, as well as a space called Hobby GG.
