United We Can has addressed the Municipal Planning Office to inquire about the disciplinary proceedings that have been opened in the area Taco Mountain from 2011 to the present, how many have ended in sanctions and how many have been paid, whether for environmental or urban issues. From Urbanism the answer that has been given is that there are two open files, and for the same reason, extraction of aggregates, in 2012 and 2017, to the same company, for amounts that add up to 39,000 euros.

The same response states that “it is planned to continue surveillance and carry out inspections in the areas in the coming weeks.” And in case of appreciating infringement in the Taco Mountainwhose competence corresponds to the Urban Discipline service, “the file will be initiated”.
