SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, June 25. (EUROPE PRESS) –
A fisherman has been injured after suffering a fall in a rocky area in La Barranquilla, near Socorro beach, in the municipality of Los Realejos, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The event occurred around 0840 hours and the affected person, a 74-year-old man, presented at the initial moment of care a head injury and moderate contusions, except for complications.
Firefighters proceeded to the rescue of the affected and transferred him to the ambulance so that he could be treated. The SUC health team assessed the affected person and after providing him with initial health care, he was in charge of transferring him to a hospital.
The local police took charge of the corresponding proceedings.
