SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, June 23 (EUROPE PRESS) –

Transportes Interurbanos de Tenerife (Titsa) will launch its summer schedules from next Saturday, June 25, which will be in force until the beginning of September.

The Minister of Mobility of the Cabildo de Tenerife and president of Titsa, Enrique Arriaga, pointed out that the company adapts the schedule of some of its lines in order to adjust its offer to the new demands of passengers during the summer season, especially those services that are destined for different coastal towns of the Island.

“The goal is for the bus to continue to be the first option for getting around the island in summer, contributing to decongesting the roads and avoiding difficulties in finding parking,” added the minister.

In this way, lines 021 (Tacoronte-Mesa de Mar) and 023 (Tacoronte-El Pris) increase the number of trips. The 050 (La Laguna-Bajamar-Punta Hidalgo) increases services and passages through the Altagay stop on the coast of Punta Hidalgo.

Line 224 (La Laguna-Valle Guerra-Tejina-Punta del Hidalgo interchange) modifies its schedules and usual route to serve the coastal areas of La Barranquera and Jover.

Interurban lines 014 and 015 (Santa Cruz-La Laguna Interchange) and 105 (Santa Cruz-Punta del Hidalgo Interchange) also adjust their frequencies.

For its part, route 122 (Santa Cruz-Caletillas-Candelaria Interchange) adds trips on weekends during the summer season. Similarly, lines 138 and 139, which link the Santa Cruz Interchange with Radazul and Tabaiba, increase services in the afternoon to reinforce the return to beach areas.

Likewise, line 369 (Buenavista-Teno) extends the hours of services, starting at 09:00 and ending at 19:45 from Teno as of July 1.

The 408 (Granadilla-San Isidro-El Médano) increases the number of trips on weekends. However, routes 419, 421 and 486 stop serving until the next school season. Line 484 will have its summer schedules (Granadilla-Las Chafiras). On the other hand, line 447 between Los Cristianos and Adeje (Las Torres) increases its trips on weekdays

Like every summer, Titsa activates line 546 from the center of Los Realejos to Socorro beach on Monday, June 27.

Titsa recalls that the 910 (Interchanger of Santa Cruz-San Andrés-Playa de Las Teresitas) increases its services to give more frequency to users bound for the capital’s beach.

Lines 905 (North Dock-Ofra), 934 and 936 (Santa Cruz-Taco-Santa María del Mar-Añaza-Santa Cruz Interchange) will adjust their frequencies to demand on weekdays.

The schedules can be consulted on the website www.titsa.comon the Titsa service telephone number 922.53.13.00, or through the company’s social networks.
