The mayor of Santiago del Teide, Emilio Navarro, presented this morning, together with the Councilor for Citizen Security, Ibraim Forte, and members of the Local Police, the new mobile crowded vehicle that will allow control, command and administrative management tasks to be carried out in the middle of the street.
This new vehicle equipped with a defibrillator for CPR, first aid, breathalyzer tests, radio communications equipment, beacon equipment and tetrapods for traffic controls and others will allow a broader, more flexible and versatile service to be provided to citizens to the extent that that by having a mobile office it will be used both to carry out alcohol, drug or documentation controls, as well as to carry out specific deployments of control by the Local Police.
The acquisition of this new vehicle is one more example of the commitment to the safety of the municipality and its citizens that this government group has.
