The Autonomous Organism for Festivities and Recreational Activities (OAFAR) has carried out the tests of relevant cargo to determine the participation of candidate number ten. Finally, the decision has been made that she will be able to participate in the Gala for the Election of the Carnival Queen with very particular conditions given that her costume weighs 1,230 kilos.
The candidate will be able to enter and show off her fantasy, but she will not be able to do so from the rotary, in whose access yesterday, and during today’s morning, enormous difficulties arose.
