SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 31 May. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The Minister of the Presidency, Félix Bolaños, has chaired today Tuesday a meeting of the Interministerial Commission for the reconstruction of La Palma, preparatory to the Mixed Commission that will be held on June 6 and where the progress and new measures have been analyzed taken to rebuild the Island and promote strong and sustainable economic growth.
The meeting was attended by the Vice Presidents of the Government Nadia Calviño, Yolanda Díaz and Teresa Ribera, and the Ministers of Finance, María Jesús Montero; Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska; Transportation, Raquel Sánchez; Industry, Reyes Maroto; Agriculture, Luis Planas; Territorial Policy, Isabel Rodríguez, and Inclusion, José Luis Escrivá.
Among others, at the meeting of the Interministerial Commission for the reconstruction of La Palma, issues such as the construction of the new highway along the coast between Puerto Naos and Tazacorte or the national campaign to promote tourism on the Island were addressed.
