The Cabildo de Tenerife will finance the maritime beaconing works at La Nea beach and the bathing areas of Radazul, Tabaiba and El Varadero, in the municipality of El Rosario, through an agreement signed with the municipality. “We will invest almost 400,000 euros in this project with the aim of improving the bathing areas in this area of the Island,” said the president, Pedro Martín, who added that “the vocation to help all the municipalities translates into the implementation of March of agreements like this one, through which a key work will be carried out on the beaches of the municipality, bringing them closer to society and improving the offer of local services that will undoubtedly have repercussions on the attractiveness of the coastline both for people of the Island and for those who visit us». “A project is already advancing that has been submitted to public information and that, once completed, has been signed between the island institution and the City Council of El Rosario,” said the island’s director of Tourism, Laura Castro, who He added that «the budget for it is 396,199 euros, of which 381,754 euros will be allocated to the work and 14,445 to its project management. This will be executed between 2022 and 2023 and will be co-financed with the Canary Islands Development Fund»
