SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 23 May. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The Minister of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, Raquel Sánchez, inaugurated this Wednesday afternoon the expansion of the Tenerife Sur airport in which Aena has invested more than 44 million to connect the two terminals with a new connection building.
The new terminal creates 14,000 square meters more useful area, increasing the current area by 50% and also includes the reorganization of the security control and passenger boarding systems.
In addition, last week the Cabildo de Tenerife and Aena agreed on a new investment of eight million euros, which includes 6.3 million for the drafting of the project for a future terminal.
