The Local Police of Santa Cruz de Tenerife reported this Monday, May 16, the temporary closure of the tunnel on Avenida Tres de Mayo in the capital of Tenerife for maintenance work.
Specifically, the three-lane road will remain completely closed from 9:30 p.m. on Monday until 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
The Tres de Mayo tunnel, called the Juan Amigó de Lara tunnel, is one of the main routes out of the city towards La Laguna from Avenida de la Constitución. However, surface circulation will not be affected.
