The City Council organizes the walk called “Ruta de los Pueblos”

The Santiago del Teide City Council, in collaboration with the La Cruz Senderista Club, organizes the walk called “Ruta de los Pueblos de Santiago del Teide”, seeking to promote hiking and a healthy life for the population of Santiago del Teide and encourage associations among young people and residents of the different population centers.

The route that will take place on June 18 from 08:00 a.m. will have a limit of 30 places and the participants must be federated by the Tenerife Mountain Federation and be residents of Santiago del Teide.

The tour will depart from Plaza de El Retamar visiting the neighborhoods of El Molledo, Santiago del Teide, Valle de Arriba, passing through Las Manchas, Arguayo, Tamaimo, Puerto de Santiago and, ending in Plaza Buganvilla de Los Gigantes, with a route of 22 km, a medium-high difficulty and an approximate direction of 6 hours.

Registration for this walk must be done through the web: www.deportes.santiagodelteide.es filling in the form and after payment by bank transfer of the €6.00 ​​fee to the La Caixa account ES38 2100 6751 3722 0013 2302. Once the payment has been made, it must be attached to the registration form in the box “PROOF OF PAYMENT ”.
