The bodies found in the sea in Tenerife correspond to those of the missing father and daughter

The two bodies found this Wednesday by a Civil Guard helicopter in Barranco Hondo, Tenerife, correspond to the father and daughter who have disappeared since last Friday, sources from the armed institute confirmed to Efe.

The lifeless bodies of Elio HG, 83, and María de los Ángeles HB, 59, were found near the sea, where the car they were traveling in fell and they had last been seen in Radazul.

The first hypotheses of the Civil Guard suggest that they ended up being expelled during the overturns that the vehicle gave until it reached the sea after falling down a ravine.

The difficult topography of the terrain has forced the intervention of members of the Civil Guard’s Mountain Rescue and Intervention Group, so that they could get closer to where the corpses were.

The brother and son of the disappeared denounced in Cope Canarias that he had not heard from them since Friday, when both had left in the car with the intention of going to a health center after she suffered an anxiety crisis, but they did not arrive to go to the emergency room nor were they admitted to hospitals on the island.

Subsequently, the association SOS Missing posted an alert to assist in the search for these two people. The notice details that both were traveling in a wine-colored Toyota car when they were last seen, in the municipality of El Rosario.
