Neither in July nor in September nor last day 4 nor yesterday, Paola Parrales He remains in his home in the Las Acacias building, in San Isidro, after the Court Number 1 of Granadilla decided a day earlier not to carry out the eviction scheduled for yesterday at nine in the morning, a date set after dismissing it up to three occasions, the last one on the 4th when the young mother and her 12-year-old son barricaded themselves, along with a dozen neighbors, before the possibility that the Civil Guard, with a court order, would break down their door.

After an hour of tense waiting, the judicial procession and the agents of the Civil Guard -up to six patrols- did not carry out the eviction of the apartment that Paola has rented for eight years and for which she pays 225 euros per month to a Court account, something similar to what happens with fifty tenants of a building with 66 homes .

Paola is still immersed in uncertainty, because yesterday she commented, like her lawyer, that she was unaware of the reasons for the suspension of the eviction and the new launch date, although the Arguayoda-Las Acacias neighborhood association is speculating about the application of the moratorium anti-eviction that is in force until September.
