Surprised at Tenerife South Airport with a shipment of candies, shakes and marijuana cookies



Agents from the Fiscal Detachment of the Reina Sofía have seized more than 21 kilos of home-made food with marijuana, such as cookies, milkshakes, cocoa cream, jellies, candies and chips.

The events occurred during a routine inspection of a flight from Barcelona, ​​when a 33-year-old Italian national carried numerous foods made with marijuana, containing THC, inside his checked luggage.

The now investigated did not carry any type of documentation that accredited the legalization of the aforementioned foods. The total of what was seized amounts to 21,652 grams, divided into 205 objects (boats or wrappers) cookies, milkshakes, cocoa cream, jellies, candies and chips.
