arrested for stealing three high-end cars in Tenerife

A man has been arrested by the Civil Guard in the south of Tenerife accused of misappropriation after allegedly keeping three cars that he had borrowed from car dealerships to test them, but later used for his daily life.

His way of acting was always the same, the Civil Guard has reported: he went to an official car dealership in Las Chafiras, requested the test of a vehicle and ended up appropriating it for his private use.

The agents of the Civil Guard of Granadilla de Abona, within the framework of the Improper operation, acted after receiving the complaints of the injured parties and managed to locate the alleged perpetrator.

He was arrested while in possession of one of the vehicles he had appropriated.

The three cars are valued at approximately 90,000 euros and have been recovered and returned to their rightful owners.
