The Roads area of the Cabildo de Tenerife will continue working on the rehabilitation of the TF-1 from Monday to Friday. Specifically, the actions will focus on two different sections in the areas of Adeje and San Miguel.

The rehabilitation, carried out by Sacyr, will affect the road only in the direction of Adeje during the next week. Specifically, work will be done around links 59 (South Airport), 62 (Los Abrigos), 76 (Torviscas), 78 (La Caleta), 79 (Adeje), 79B (Las Nieves/Los Olivos) and 81 (Armeñime ), which will be closed during these days. Specifically, this measure will be taken at night, between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., so that inconvenience to users is minimised.
To guarantee the safety of the Highways area, different detours will be enabled. During the night of Monday 18 to Tuesday 19, the vehicles that want to access the Airport from Adeje, must continue until 62, make a U-turn and return towards Santa Cruz to this area.
On the other hand, those who want to go south from the Airport, San Isidro or El Médano, or from the Cardones area, will have to leave for Santa Cruz until Junction 52 (Granadilla Industrial Estate), and change direction to Merge onto the road in the desired direction.
On Tuesday night, the rehabilitation work on the road will reach the San Miguel area, as well as the incorporation of Las Charifas, so those who want to go from Adeje want to go to the Airport or any of these cores must continue up to junction 66 (Las Galletas), make a U-turn and join the road.
In addition, drivers who are looking to go south from the Airport should exit towards Santa Cruz until exit 57 (San Isidro), make a U-turn and continue in the desired direction. The same should be done by people who want to go in the same direction from Las Chafiras.
Likewise, during the nights from Wednesday to Thursday and from Thursday to Friday, the works will affect links 76, 78, 79, 79B and 81, so those who want to go south to Torviscas, Playa Paraíso, La Caleta and Adeje They should continue to junction 87 (Playa San Juan), make a U-turn and return towards Santa Cruz to the desired destination. People who want to go to Guía de Isora from the aforementioned areas will have to go to Junction 73 (Playa de las Américas), where they change direction.
These works are part of the TF-1 resurfacing plan that has been carried out since last April and which includes an execution period of approximately fourteen months. In total, the works, carried out by Sacyr, will comprise nearly 40 kilometers of the road between Adeje and Arico.
