The Island Councilor for Roads, Enrique Arriagapoints out that this action reaffirms the commitment of the council for substantially improving the condition of the more than 1,500 kilometers of roads that make up the insular network of roads on the island. And he adds that “in some of them there had been no decisive intervention for decades”.

The insular director of Roads, Tomás Félix García, details that “the projected action contemplates the superficial rehabilitation of the pavement, the installation of safety barrier systems, as well as the improvement of vertical and horizontal signaling”.

The action will be carried out on the TF-366 between kilometer points 0 and 3,300, while on the TF-373 road the intervention will comprise between kilometer 5,800 and 11. The execution period once the works begin will be five months.

The Roads area of ​​the Cabildo de Tenerife releases to public information the surface rehabilitation project of the surface of the island roads TF-366 and TF-373 in the municipalities of Icod de Los Vinos, Garachico and El Tanque. These are roads with very deteriorated points that make driving uncomfortable, in some cases posing a risk to road safety.
