The Festival Department of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council plans the return of the Attractions Fair on June 17 and 26, the dates on which the capital’s Carnival will be held.
This space will be installed on a site normally used for the installation of this type of attraction, close to the bus interchange, as reported by the City Council on Friday.
The Councilor for Fiestas, Alfonso Cabello, has held a meeting with the different fairground associations to agree on the details of the return of this leisure resource.
In the meeting, in addition to the mayor, the Collective of Fairs of the Canary Islands (COFERCA), the Provincial Association of Fairs of Tenerife and Cooperating Fairs of Tenerife (COFETE) have been present.
Cabello has stated that “work is being done on the creation of a suitable format, adapted to the characteristics of the programming of this edition of the Carnival and also to the summer dates in which it will take place”.
