SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, March 31. (EUROPE PRESS) –
Agents of the National Police have arrested last Monday, March 28, in different locations on the island of Tenerife, six men and a woman between 37 and 65 years old whose arrests had been ordered by courts from different parts of Spain and, in the case of one of them, from Switzerland.
The agents, fulfilling their duty to collaborate with the Administration of Justice, proceeded to arrest these seven people who had in force arrest and presentation orders issued by courts in places as disparate as Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Lugo, Pontevedra, Barcelona or Switzerland.
Two people were arrested in the capital of Tenerife, one in the city of La Laguna, another in the town of Puerto de la Cruz, three in the town of Adeje and one more at Tenerife South Airport. One of the detainees, a 55-year-old Italian citizen detained in Adeje, was wanted by the Swiss justice for her extradition for a crime of fraud.
The detainees, from the respective police units, were placed at the disposal of the competent judicial authority. The actions were carried out by national police officers from the Provincial Police Station of the National Police of Santa Cruz de Tenerife
