SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, March 11. (EUROPE PRESS) –
An 88-year-old woman has been moderately injured after suffering a fall on a path in Granadilla de Abona (Tenerife), as reported by the Canary Islands 112 Emergency and Security Coordination Center.
The events occurred this Thursday afternoon on the Las Vegas circular path of the aforementioned municipality, a place to which Tenerife firefighters moved to rescue her and evacuate to the ambulance of the Canary Emergency Service (SUC).
Next, SUC personnel assisted the woman who presented moderate lower extremity trauma, for which she was transferred in an ambulance to the Hospital Universitario Nuestra Señora de La Candelaria.
Ground troops from the Emergency and Rescue Group (GES) of the Government of the Canary Islands also participated in the scene of the incident, as well as Rural Guards, Civil Protection, Local Police and Civil Guard.
