SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Feb. 28 (EUROPE PRESS) –
The Roads area of the Cabildo de Tenerife will continue this Tuesday the rehabilitation of the TF-1 road surface, which will advance in a southerly direction until next Thursday at the Costa Adeje/Torviscas/Playa Fañabé junction.
The island councilor for Highways, Enrique Arriaga, reports in a note that to reduce the impact on travel during the Carnival bridge, the works this week will begin on Tuesday night.
Specifically, the work will continue from Tuesday to Thursday the 3rd with the rehabilitation of junction 76, for which the exit and incorporation lanes will be closed, as well as the entry routes to the roundabout and access to urbanizations.
To minimize inconvenience to drivers and maintain road safety, the Cabildo will carry out the works at night, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., and will enable several detours in order to maintain the flow of traffic.
These works are part of the TF-1 resurfacing plan that has been carried out since last April and which includes an execution period of approximately fourteen months.
In total, the works, carried out by SACYR, will comprise nearly 40 kilometers of the road between Adeje and Arico.
