A 90-year-old woman was seriously injured this Saturday when she accidentally fell from a balcony into the garden area in a house located on Camino Icerse, within the municipality of Candelaria (Tenerife).
According to the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (Cecoes) 112, around 11:30 am a call alerted that an elderly lady had fallen from a balcony after becoming disoriented.
A sanitized ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) went there, whose staff treated the woman for various serious injuries, for which she was transferred to the Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria University Hospital.
For their part, the Local Police and Civil Guard took charge of instructing the corresponding proceedings.
