As a precautionary measure, the Council of Tenerife chose to leave out of service the arrival roads to the area. Around 10:00 a.m. yesterday, due to the presence of snow, the TF-24, the access road to the National Park through La Esperanza, between kilometers 24 and 42, was closed to traffic. The same measure was applied in the TF-21, which runs through La Orotava. In this case, the reopening took place around three in the afternoon, with the closure of the TF-24 extending until eight at night.

Temperatures will remain minimal with little change in the islands of greater relief, with a slight decrease in Izaña and in high areas of the southern slope.
