The new spokesperson for the PP in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Carlos Tarife, the president of the PP, Emilio Navarro, and the new councilor for Urban Planning, Guillermo Díaz Guerra. PP

The president of the Popular Party of Tenerife, Emilio Navarrohas announced this Wednesday a restructuring of the popular team of Santa Cruz de Tenerife for which Carlos Tarife has been appointed spokesman in the City Council.

In addition, Tarife will manage the Public Services and Environment areas while Guillermo Díaz Guerra will be in charge of the Urban Planning area, in such a way that both councilors exchange their powers.

The president of the popular group from Tenerife stated that this reorganization meets the intention of the organization to “optimize the work of the group, with an eye always on improving the quality of life of citizens.”

During the press conference, Guillermo Díaz Guerra announced his desire not to continue, in the medium term, in the municipal political sphere, and highlighted “the good personal and professional relationship” that he maintains with his partner Carlos Tarife, whom he wished ” good luck in the new stage that begins”.

Tarife highlighted the “key” role that his political formation has had in recent years, acting as “containment for a left that in Santa Cruz has mismanaged the resources of all the chicharreros”, and stated that he assumes the spokesperson for the PP of Santa Cruz “as a challenge, with a clear and marked objective, which is to rebuild the center-right vote in the capital.”
