SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Feb. 3 (EUROPE PRESS) –

A total of 17 recreational areas that are managed by the Cabildo de Tenerife, through the Natural Environment and Security Management area, remain open in the natural spaces of the Island, and only the recreational areas of Chío remain closed, in Guide of isora; Las Hayas, in Icod de los Vinos, and El Contador, in Arico.

Specifically, the recreational areas of Las Raíces, in El Rosario, with 56 tables, remain open; Llano de Los Viejos, in La Laguna, with 15; La Quebrada, in Tegueste, with 18; Las Lajas, in Vilaflor, with 42; La Caldera, with 49, and Ramón El Caminero, with 30, in La Orotava; Arenas Negras, in Garachico, with 36; San José de Los Llanos, in El Tanque, with 38.

Also open are El Lagar, in Icod de los Vinos, with 24 tables; Las Calderetas, in El Sauzal, with 31; Los Pedregales, in Buenavista del Norte, with 20; Lomo La Jara, in Tacoronte, with 31 tables; Chanajiga, in Los Realejos, with 36; La Tahona, in San Juan de la Rambla, with 38; Los Frailes, in Arafo, with 38; the Hoya del Abade, in La Victoria, with 22, and the Lagunetilla Chica, in Santa Úrsula, with 36. These last two are only open on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Due to the level four health alert on the island of Tenerife, the use of these spaces must be limited to a series of specific regulations. These limitations are based in the first place on a schedule established between 10:00 and 17:00. The use of the stove is allowed and gas cylinders of up to 3 kilograms may also be used, which must be installed on the tables.

The maximum number of people per table, depending on the health measures in force at any given time, will be indicated by signs. Users may not exceed this limit.

For hygienic-sanitary reasons, the use of cloth tablecloths or other non-disposable material is recommended. A number of people greater than that indicated on the signs may not remain inside each module of the bathrooms. The turn will wait outside, in line and with a separation of at least 1.5 meters between people.

For the rest, and in accordance with the health recommendations issued by the Government of the Canary Islands, current health regulations must be complied with regarding the use of masks and smoking and others that may be applicable.
