SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Jan. 31 (EUROPA PRESS) –
A 42-year-old man has been moderately injured after suffering a fall when he was hiking in Arico (Tenerife), as reported by the Canary Islands 112 Emergency and Security Coordination Center.
The events occurred on Sunday afternoon on the path of Tamadaya of the aforementioned municipality, a place where members of the Tenerife Firefighters Consortium were transferred, who after locating the wounded man, evacuated him to where the staff of the Canarian Emergency Service ( SUC).
Subsequently, the SUC staff verified that the affected person had a moderate lower limb injury, except for complications, for which he was transferred by basic life support ambulance from the SUC to the Hospital Universitario Nuestra Señora de La Candelaria.
Local Police agents also intervened in the resolution of the incident and made the appropriate reports.
