The Insular Institute of Social and Socio-Sanitary Care (IASS) has organized a series of technical conferences to address the challenge of public governance of social needs. The sessions, which were attended by 60 workers, in person and online, aimed to delve into the knowledge and tools necessary to take advantage of the complementarity offered by collaboration with the private sector, and especially the third sector, in benefit of citizen services.
The Minister of Social Action, Marián Franquet, explained at the opening of the forum, held at the Museum of Nature and Archeology (MUNA), that the activity is part of the Innovation and Digital Transformation Program of the IASS, with which it seeks to improve the quality of services, as well as strengthening the entity from the point of view of organization, management and personnel.
