Access to a path in the Teide National Park is closed due to the presence of ice and snow

The Teide National Park Directorate has decided this Wednesday, January 12, to completely cut access to the general public to trail number 11, to the La Fortaleza Viewpoint as a preventive measure in the presence of ice and snow. It only leaves those people with a valid mountain federation card excluded from this prohibition, on the date of the activity, who have the appropriate equipment.

In a statement they also recommend taking all precautions on the rest of the trails in the network.
