The Virgin of Mercy, or Our Lady of Mercy, is a Marian devotion venerated by Catholics as the Blessed Virgin Mary. This title is also equivalent to the Virgin of Compassion. In La Laguna, the valley is also referred to as the Valley of Mercy, alongside the famous Mount of Mercy.
