A 64-year-old man was injured this Wednesday following a collision between his motorbike and a car on Milán Avenue, in Tejina, in the municipality of La Laguna, according to the Emergency and Security Coordination Centre (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The incident occurred around 07:55 when the operations room received an alert reporting the incident, prompting Cecoes to immediately activate the necessary emergency resources to intervene in the area.
Once on site, the Canarian Emergency Service medical personnel attended to the affected individual, who presented with a moderate trauma at the initial stage of assistance and was transported by ambulance to the Health Centre of Tejina.
Meanwhile, the local police managed the traffic and produced the corresponding accident report.
