A woman has died in Tenerife due to injuries sustained when a vehicle left the road, in an accident in which a man and a woman were seriously injured, according to the Emergency and Security Coordination Centre 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands.
The accident occurred at around 22:53 on Sunday at kilometre 3 of the TF-657 road, in the municipality of Arona, and the deceased woman was 36 years old.
The woman and man seriously injured, aged 47 and 53, respectively, were treated for multiple injuries. She was admitted to the University Hospital of La Candelaria, and he was first stabilised at Hospiten Sur before being transferred to the University Hospital of the Canary Islands.
The death of the woman was confirmed by medical personnel who attended the scene of the accident.
