Body Recovered from Abandoned Well in Valle Guerra
Emergency services from the Tenerife Fire Consortium have recovered a body from the depths of an abandoned well in Valle Guerra, as reported by sources from the National Police to EFE.
Discovery During Search Operations
The discovery came during search operations for a man whose disappearance had recently been reported in Tejina, also part of La Laguna.
Ongoing Investigation
The National Police have opened an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident and are awaiting full identification of the body. Prior to descending into the well, firefighters used a camera to capture images, which appeared to show a body located approximately 125 metres deep, according to sources.
