A 31-year-old man has been caught with 200 grams of hashish and €760 in cash in Tenerife. Civil Guard officers have begun an investigation after stopping him during a traffic control in Tacoronte.
When the guards conducting the control signalled for this vehicle to stop, they noticed that the front-seat passenger was behaving oddly and displayed evident signs of nervousness, prompting them to conduct a superficial search of his clothing.
They discovered that he was concealing two pieces of hashish weighing 100 grams each, along with the €760.
The proceedings have been forwarded to the Court of First Instance and Instruction number 4 in La Laguna.
