The 18th Costa Adeje Cocktail Competition 2025, a flagship event in the nation’s mixology calendar, concluded with resounding success, highlighting the talent of the bartenders, the massive public turnout, and the invaluable support of authorities and collaborators. The Hotel Tivoli La Caleta Resort served as the luxury venue for this edition, reaffirming Costa Adeje as an epicentre of cutting-edge cocktail making.
The day was marked by the mastery and creativity of the participants, who demonstrated a high level in each category. The champions of this edition are: gin-tonic: Iván Hernández Izquierdo; sparkling: Alejandro Cuadrado Hernández and Flair bartenders: Mario Andrés Soto Molina.
It should be noted that the winners who will represent the province of Tenerife in the 70th National Cocktail Congress Balearic Islands 2025, to be held in Mallorca in the second fortnight of November, are: sparkling category: Alejandro Cuadrado Hernández (first place) and Claire Elise Lázaro (second place) and flair bartenders category: Mario Andrés Soto Molina (first place).
The Bartenders Association gives special mention to Claire Elise Lázaro, whose outstanding participation led her to achieve excellent scores in several categories.
