The regular round of the University Entrance Exam held between 4 and 7 June saw a pass rate of 90.33% in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, with 4,245 students passing, compared to 454 who did not, and 35 who did not attend. These results are slightly lower than those in June 2024, when 92.7% of the 4,574 students were deemed successful.
Breaking down the results by island, in Tenerife 4,265 people enrolled, of whom 3,820 passed (92.24%), 413 failed, and 32 did not attend. In La Palma, 330 (90.90%) of a total of 366 people passed, with 33 failing and 3 not attending. In La Gomera, 65 (90.27%) out of 72 enrolments passed, with 7 failing. In El Hierro, 30 of the 31 enrolled people passed the exam (96.77%), with only 1 failing.
In Sciences and Technology, there were 2,681 students enrolled, of which 2,456 were successful (92.26%), 206 failed, and 19 did not attend. In Humanities and Social Sciences, there were 1,753 enrolments, with 1,541 passing (92.25%), 200 failing, and 12 not attending. In Arts, Music and Performing Arts path, 52 out of 58 enrolled passed (91.22%), with 5 failing and one not attending. In Arts, Plastic Arts, Image and Design path, 144 (88.34%) of 166 presented passed, with 19 failing and 3 did not attend. As for the 76 enrolments only in the general modality, 52 people passed (68.42%) and 35 failed.
In the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the average Baccalaureate grade was 8.24, and the average PAU grade was 6.64. Thus, the average access grade is 7.60.
The deadline for submitting complaints opens today, Friday 13 June at 10:00 am and closes at the same time on 17 June. Once resolved, the final grades will be published on the 20th. Anyone wishing to view their exams may request to do so on 23 and 24 June, and two days later, appointments will be announced for this process between 27 and 30 June.
Regarding the extraordinary round of PAU, the exams will be held on 2, 3 and 4 July at the same locations as the regular round the previous month.
Pre-enrolment
The regular pre-enrolment for degree courses at the University of La Laguna for the 2025/26 academic year opened last Wednesday, 11 June, and can be done online until 2 July at 2:00 pm. New this year, seven double degrees have been added to the available offers: Fine Arts and Design; Law and Labour Relations; Spanish: Language and Literature and Classical Studies; English Studies and Applied Francophone Studies; History and History of Art; History and Geography and Territory Planning; and Sociology and Social and Cultural Anthropology.
On 8 July, the list of included and excluded candidates will be released, with those involved having until 2:00 pm on 9 July to submit appeals. The first list of allocated places and waiting list will be published on 14 July at 10:00 am, and those obtaining a place in their first preference can enrol from that day until 11:59 pm on 16 July. Also on 14 July, the period to submit appeals against this first list of places will open, until 15 July.
The second list of allocations will be published on 18 July, again at 10:00 am, and from that day until the 22nd of the same month, those who have obtained a place can enrol, this time in any order of preference. Again, there will be one day to submit appeals.
The process will end with everything concerning the waiting lists, which will take place on 24 and 25 July in two time slots: from 9:00 to 11:30 and from 12:00 to 14:30. Registration for those opting for these lists will take place from 10:00 am on 28 July until 11:59 pm the following day. The period for appeals against the execution of the waiting lists will be open from 25 to 28 July.
Once this regular pre-enrolment is completed, on 31 July the list of vacant places will be published, which will form the offer for extraordinary pre-enrolment. Applications can be submitted from 26 August at 10:00 am until 28 August at 2:00 pm, with a specific calendar for this process.
