A nine-year-old girl was moderately injured this Sunday after her scooter collided with a vehicle in the Tenerife municipality of Candelaria, according to the Canary Islands Government Emergency Coordination Centre 1-1-2.
The incident occurred on Bayatola street, in the Marian municipality, around 4:00 pm.
At the time of assistance following the collision, the minor had moderate multiple injuries and was taken in a sanitised ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) to the Nuestra Señora de Candelaria University Hospital.
Local Police managed the traffic and carried out the corresponding report.
