Today, Saturday 7 June, the Central Event for Armed Forces Day 2025 will take place with the Grand Military Parade, featuring around 3,300 participants from the Army, Navy, and Air Force. Their Majesties the King and Queen of Spain, along with other state dignitaries, will be in attendance. Santa Cruz de Tenerife will witness a historic day, marking the culmination of a week of celebrations in the Canary Islands. If you’re unable to go to Avenida de la Constitución to watch the Parade, don’t worry, as you can comfortably watch it from home via television, the internet, or follow our live coverage on eldia.es. During the event, you’ll see impressive displays of military vehicles, aircraft, and special units, showcasing the preparedness and dedication of our Armed Forces.
RTVE and RTVC will broadcast the Military Parade live. To ensure everyone across the nation can enjoy the event, RTVE will provide live coverage on Armed Forces Day. As usual, La 1 will air the Central Event of Armed Forces Day 2025 live, allowing all Spaniards to view the public broadcast paying tribute to our Armed Forces. Special programming will begin at 12:15 peninsular time, featuring the Flag Tribute, the Fallen Tribute, and the Military Parade, concluding an hour and a quarter later. The live broadcast will also be accessible via RTVE Play and the 24-hour Channel. Starting at 11:25 Canary time, Radio and Television Canaria (RTVC) will also provide live coverage of the Central Event and the Grand Military Parade for all Canarians.
