A 37-year-old woman has been moderately injured after hitting the rocks at Arena Blanca beach in Arona (Tenerife), according to the Emergency and Security Coordination Center of 112 Canarias.
The incident occurred at 10:15 am this Friday at the mentioned beach, where several surfers in the area went and rescued the woman from the water.
Subsequently, personnel from the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) verified that the affected woman had a moderate dislocation, so she was transported by ambulance to the Hospiten Sur University Hospital.
Local Police and National Police officers also arrived at the incident location, cooperating with the health service and opening proceedings.
