A man sustained various moderate injuries after tumbling into a ravine in Adeje, situated in the south of Tenerife, whilst engaging in paragliding.
The incident transpired at approximately 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, prompting the 1-1-2 Canary Islands to receive an alert and deploy emergency services.
Emergency responders from Tenerife were required to assist, as the injured individual had moved to an area difficult for health services to access.
He was taken to a location where an ambulance from the Canarian Emergency Department was waiting; the medical team provided care before transporting him to Hospiten Sur Hospital.
The Local Police initiated the necessary proceedings.
