The Ministry of Public Works of the Government of the Canary Islands will commence, starting this Sunday and extending until the following Friday, May 9, nighttime closures along the TF-1, near Las Chafiras, to proceed with the construction of the third lane on this route.
This initiative, which is set to begin at 22:00 hours, will impact both directions of traffic between kilometer points 60+280 and 64+270, as stated in a public works announcement.
During the construction phase, traffic will be redirected within the high and low Chafiras area, specifically between exits 62 and 64.
The General Directorate of Road Infrastructure urges motorists to exercise extreme caution, as well as to adhere to traffic signals and directions from operators to ensure safety in the area throughout the construction period.
