SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE 29. (Press Europa) –
An inter-island flight from Lanzarote has been redirected on Tuesday to Tenerife South due to poor visibility caused by the fog affecting the Northern Tenerife airport, according to Europa Press from Aena.
Throughout the day, there have also been minor delays in various flights, which has resulted in the postponement of the start of the Plenary of the Parliament of the Canary Islands, for instance.
Following the power outage that impacted the entire Peninsula on Monday and led to the cancellation of several flights, many affected individuals spent the night at the airport, which extended its operating hours, and were assisted by Aena’s services.
