Metranenerife has arranged for Tram 1 to operate continuously during this Holy Week, from Wednesday 16 until midnight on Sunday 20. The aim is to enhance the mobility of both residents and visitors during this festive time. On Thursday (17) and Good Friday (18), trams will run at intervals of 12, 15, and 20 minutes for the majority of these days.

Furthermore, the night services will continue to be operational, with trams running from Wednesday 16 to Saturday 19 every 20 to 30 minutes before reverting to their regular weekend passage schedules.

As in previous years, the processions in the town centre of Santa Cruz will result in specific service interruptions on Line 1. These disruptions will be managed in coordination with the Local Police.

It is important to note that the tram service will be subject to conditions due to the strike being carried out by the company’s workers, which will occur from Monday to Friday, including during the midday and evening hours. During these strike times, Metaranraife will ensure that Lines 1 and 2 operate with a minimum service level of 80% as mandated.

Users can stay updated on service information via Metaranife’s social media channels, on Facebook and X (@ranvioatenerife).
